博闻社和博讯新闻网收回其关于西京及其主席的报道

BOWEN PRESS AND BOXUN NEWS RETRACT REPORTS ABOUT ATLANTIS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT (Hong Kong) LTD. AND ITS PRINCIPAL

In a series of articles published in September 2015, Bowen Press and Boxun News reported negative and untrue information about Hong Kong-based investment management firm Atlantis Investment Management (Hong Kong) Ltd. and its principal, Liu Yang. The reports accused the company of financial-related crimes, including money laundering and market manipulation. The articles also linked Ms. Liu and her company to Jihua Ling and other unidentified “corrupt officials from mainland China”Bowen Press and Boxun News acknowledge that their reports were insupportable, and the false reportsabout Atlantis and Ms. Liu should never have been published. As a result, Bowen Press and BoxunNews now render their unreserved apology to Ms. Liu, her company, and her husband, whom Bowen Press and Boxun News also mentioned in a false and negative light.
The entire series of articles has now been removed from the two websites, Bowen Press and Boxun News have taken measures to expunge the offending material from internet search engines, and they issue this formal retraction. Both Bowen Press and Boxun News regret the publication of these articles and any damage to the reputation of Ms. Liu and her company that may have resulted from the publication.
